Five Lessons Learned from PFL 10  Voir?

The weekend was filled with fights, though it tended more towards boxing than MMA. Nonetheless, Professional Fighters League 10 went down in Washington, D.C., and on paper was theoretically the major MMA card to put under the microscope. However, despite firming up the promotion's six separate million-dollar tournament finals for New Year's Eve, PFL 10 left us with more questions than answers, more misgivings than motivation and was nowhere near the best show in a 48-hour span.

Opinion: Some Trash to Talk About or Some Ish to Think About?  Voir?

The MMA headlines and discussion this week were driven by transparent and cynical stories about things no one believes in: Floyd Mayweather wanting to box Khabib Nurmagomedov, Conor McGregor filling up Cowboys Stadium and Zuffa Boxing making a bid for Saul “Canelo” Alvarez's services. We all know these narratives are annoying, repetitive fool's gold, but maybe there's some overlooked value in them after all.
